True to the motto “Go for Solution P”, PALFINGER presented a wide range of services and innovative solutions at this year’s bauma in Munich. With the world premieres of four products and exclusive previews of future innovations, PALFINGER highlighted its expertise and vision in crane and lifting solutions – attracting around 74,000 visitors.

We showcased our integrated complete solutions of hardware, software and services and proved our commitment to providing the best solutions for the challenges of our customers,” says Andreas Klauser, CEO of PALFINGER. “Beyond the product presentations, trade fairs are most of all about personal exchange – and we had many valuable conversations. Seeing our booths transform into true meeting points for customers, partners and the international trade audience was a particular highlight for me.”

PALFINGER at bauma: Impressive Presence, Innovative Highlights

PALFINGER presented its state-of-the-art products, solutions and services across two impressive booths. A team of around 180 PALFINGER experts was on site throughout the entire week, welcoming approximately 74,000 visitors. Around 30 products and services were presented – including highlights such as the new PK 880 TEC loader crane, which combines outstanding precision, maximum efficiency, and exceptional lifting power, setting new standards. For the first time, services took center stage at PALFINGER’s booth – clearly demonstrating that customer support and digital solutions are key elements of the company’s holistic offering.

The New PALFINGER PK 880 TEC Punches Above its Weight

Advanced design, cutting-edge technology and peak precision: On the first day of bauma 2025, PALFINGER unveiled the new PK 880 TEC loader crane that will become available for order in June. Its capabilities make the PK 880 TEC stand out from its performance class with its impressive lifting power. Smart assistance systems increase efficiency and operator comfort, while its sensitive control system ensures top precision.

The Next Level of Platforms at bauma 2025

PALFINGER´s TEC range of aerial work platforms offers the most powerful all-rounders in the 3.5-ton class, setting new industry standards in performance, efficiency and sustainable operations. The TEC range impresses above all with its increased reach, improved basket stability, higher basket load and reduced weight. The popular PT 25 TJ model demonstrates these features most notably by reaching peak performance. At bauma 2025, PALFINGER launched the PT 28 T as a world premiere and also debuted the PT 22 TJ – a highly compact and multifunctional platform.

PALFINGER Unveiled Forward-Thinking Concept for Recycling Cranes and Showcases New Hookloaders

At bauma, PALFINGER presented an innovative combined solution: the first prototype from the GENERATION 3 Urban Range of recycling cranes (TZU++ TEC) with the new HT 18 TEC hookloader. Together they create a powerful all-in-one vehicle, combining a strong crane for construction and recycling applications with an advanced hookloader. To further demonstrate the robustness and advanced capabilities of its solutions for demanding environments, PALFINGER is also showcased the new HP 20 A TEC hookloader.

PALFINGER premieres new middle-seat truck-mounted forklift

PALFINGER is the only provider to offer truck-mounted forklifts across all categories by giving customers the flexibility to choose the model that best suits their needs. As a world premiere at bauma 2025, PALFINGER showcased a middle-seat truck-mounted forklift from the FL range (FLM). The presented FLM prototype will be available in summer 2025 and highlights PALFINGER’s continuous innovation in lifting solutions. Additionally, PALFINGER presented the side-seat model FLS 25 electric, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable solutions in logistics and transport.

Service as the Key for Maximum Performance

PALFINGER's innovative crane and lifting solutions set standards in performance and efficiency. Complemented by extensive service offerings, machine uptime can be further optimized, and productivity maximized. Since early 2025, PALFINGER has been equipping many of its devices as standard with a telematics module. This enables immediate data transfer to PALFINGER CONNECTED, making it easier for customers to get started with digital applications. By 2030, the company aims to double its service revenue to EUR 700 million and will place its service offerings at the center of its trade fair stand at bauma 2025.
