Information regarding the regular Annual General Meeting: Precautions due to the coronavirus

Due to the spread of the coronavirus, PALFINGER AG is taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of shareholders and visitors to the Annual General Meeting. To pre-emptively avoid large crowds, the announced shuttle service from the Salzburg Train Station to the site of the event at Franz-Wolfram-Scherer-Strasse 24, Salzburg, has been cancelled.
A planned product show at the event site will not be held, and there will be no buffet following the event.
It is recommended that shareholders utilize the services of the independent proxy, Dr Michael Knap, and request his services on the form available at the PALFINGER AG website.
