Premiere at the IAA: the new PALFINGER truck-mounted forklifts
From transporting beverages to accessing rough terrain - these truck-mounted forklifts can be used for a wide range of applications. The models in the innovative FLS series are equipped with a patented swivel seat. This makes PALFINGER the only provider to have truck-mounted forklifts in all categories: with side or center seats, mounted at the rear of the carrier vehicle or even as a remote-controlled version of the BM model, placed in a transport box between the axles of the carrier vehicle. What all models have in common is the highest standards of comfort, safety, precision and performance.
New standards on all levels: the TEC range of aerial work platforms
The PALFINGER TEC range of aerial work platforms are compact, optimized and at the cutting edge of technology. The existing models have been raised to a new level and impress with their higher basket loads, lower weight and the specially developed modularity between the components, which simplifies maintenance. PALFINGER displayed on their stand the PT 19 TJ model and, in cooperation with IVECO, an emission-free P 220 BK, including a newly developed high-voltage interface.
The PT 19 TJ sets new standards in performance, design, ergonomics and sustainability. Through weight-reducing measures, it can be equipped with an eDRIVE battery pack, which complies with the new GSR safety regulations and does not exceed the permitted total weight of 3.5 tons. It also features automatic stabilization up to an inclination of five degrees, for enhanced safety during everyday work.
New PALFINGER TEC loader cranes with new smart features
The PK 1350 TEC was of particular interest to the visitors. This heavy-duty crane has been redesigned from the ground up and impresses with its enormous outreach and precision. With an outreach of up to 38.7 meters and a lifting capacity of 109.3 meter tons, it impressively demonstrates how power and efficiency can be combined even in tight spaces.
PALFINGER has equipped the new TEC series of loader cranes with a variety of smart features. The Lane Lock prevents unintentional pivoting into areas such as the oncoming traffic lane. The Slewing Lock defines pivot angles and arcs. And using the Folding Assist function, operators semi-automatically find the exact position to fold the crane. This saves time and minimizes potential damage. The Boom Release Assist function is also new, with the crane automatically ensuring that the knuckle boom is always pre-tensioned before the main boom can be moved, to ensure maximum safety and smooth operation.

With new standards in automation and three cameras for greater safety, the HT 20 TEC hookloader celebrated its world premiere at the IAA. Its interactive display and improved system monitoring generated enthusiastic feedback from the industry. Equipped with V-Drive In-Cab Control, it gives users flexible configuration and intuitive operation. Thanks to its new package of options, the HT 20 TEC can now be adapted even more precisely to customer requirements.
In addition, digital innovations such as PALFINGER CONNECTED plus+, which provides real-time data and optimizes fleet management, met with great interest. Visitors to the trade fair praised the combination of powerful hardware solutions and pioneering digital tools, which significantly improve efficiency and safety in everyday working life.
