With the VR crane simulator, visitors can become crane operators and control the PALFINGER PK 135.002 TEC7 crane. But that is by far not all. PALFINGER focuses on digitization to bring innovative solutions to the market worldwide. Like STRUCINSPECT, the world’s first hub for digital inspection and infrastructure lifecycle management. Here, drones use multispectral sensor technology to survey bridges to the nearest square millimeter. Using this data, digital twins of the bridges are created, which can then be put through their paces and be checked for structural defects. Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality provide the basis for this system supported by structured data during all process steps. Visitors can experience 3D twins themselves using PALFINGER’s holographic visualization tool.
