PALFINGER offers its employees award-winning meals. In its company restaurants, the company pays particular attention to using regional sources of produce. The Köstendorf canteen has now won the “Good to Know” certificate and the “SalzburgerLand Certificate of Origin” award, creating transparency when catering for employees.
Regionality wins the day. Last year, the PALFINGER company restaurant in Bergheim was awarded the “Good to Know” certificate and the “SalzburgerLand Certificate of Origin” award, now the colleagues from Köstendorf have followed suit in demonstrating their focus on regional strength. With this award, the company chefs guarantee that employees visiting the restaurant can enjoy fresh ingredients from the immediate vicinity and approved producers.
Well-Being and Good Food

Regional Origin for the Best Quality

The “SalzburgerLand Certificate of Origin” award complements the “Good to Know” certificate with more than 260 producers and 1.500 products. The project guarantees that the origin of the food can be traced. The ingredients for the freshly cooked food at the PALFINGER company restaurant in Köstendorf, for example, comes from proven and trusted partners such as Eisl from Wals, Wanderhuhn from Köstendorf, as well as Eiswerk and Salzburg Milch, both of which are based in Bergheim.
